Poached Salmon with Apple Cider Vinegar

Poach your salmon with apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and some Trocomare.

Salmon will give you your Omega 3’s, Potassium, Selenium (a natural cancer fighting antioxidant and anti-inflammatory), and Astaxanthin – which is the most potent antioxidant nature has to offer!

Slice carrots and drizzle with EVOO (extra virgin cold first pressed olive oil), salt, and pepper and bake at 350 for about 5-10 minutes so the carrots are still crispy.

When finished, grab a bowl and layer butter, lettuce, and some good quality organic sauerkraut.
