PB & J Yogurt

This delicious protein-packed breakfast will keep you going and start your day great! It is so easy and makes for a great snack too!


  • organic or grass fed greek yogurt
  • strawberry preserves
  • banana
  • organic peanut butter
  • gluten-free granola( I change it up between a hemp granola or a great tasting favorite from Trader Joes)
  • stevia(powdered)
  • blueberries

Put the greek yogurt in your bowl, and sprinkle the stevia on it. I use a nice big tablespoon of peanut butter. Add strawberry preserves, sliced banana, and blueberries. Finish by topping with your favorite granola! Voila! Yummy, filling and so delicious you feel like it’s a Sunday breakfast treat. It’s packed with protein and so much more!
