In your Vitamix, blend a packet of Açaí, coconut water, almond or peanut butter, a frozen banana, protein powder, spirulina or other frozen fruits as well if you like – it is your kitchen and your food and your body! We change it up often!
Once blended, just pour into a bowl and add cacao nibs, gluten free granola, hemp seed or powder, and fresh mango and berries. I like to also add coconut flakes as well as some agave!
