Tea Tonic

My soothing tea tonic is fabulous before bed or in the AM, whichever you prefer.

I make this by warming up coconut milk and then adding stevia and cinnamon to it. I then place in my herbs or superfood powder of choice–you can add asdwhanga and rhodiola or even velvet bean for a dopamine spike!

So easy and so good for you!
