Salmon with Chili Flakes and Greens

My daughter, Madison, makes this delicious salmon with chili flakes. It is a healthy, filling, clean dish with a touch of spice just like she likes it!

She likes to place her salmon on a baking dish and drizzle with some grape seed oil, squeeze lemon, add lemon pepper seasoning, and fresh chopped thyme.
Madison usually will bake the salmon until it’s medium well.

She places her zucchini and Brussels sprouts on the same sheet with olive oil and sprinkles Celtic or Himalayan sea salt, black pepper, and some Trocomare seasoning and bakes that at 375 for about 15 minutes.

She layers the veggies starting with the Brussels sprouts and then tops with the salmon. She adds pickled red cabbage with olive oil and vinegar on the side and then sprinkles the red pepper flakes!

You get your EFA’s, your antioxidants, and a great dish that is clean and healthy!
