Peanut Butter Banana Protein Shake

OK so this recipe is an easy one, but the challenging part is selecting the proper protein.

Grass-fed whey is the way to go for Whey. I prefer organic plant-based proteins or vegan proteins as I digest them well. I add green powder to it or a hemp protein as well. I also add a tablespoon of vanilla flavored MCT oil, cinnamon, a 1/2 cup of organic cacao nibs, and a small 1/2 – 1 cup of raw oats. You can add a superfood powder or an herbal powder. I tend to put in a little more peanut butter and cacao but do what works for you! It’s all about you and how you like it!

This shake keeps me going great, and the protein it provides within the first hour of waking really helps curb late night cravings and helps you burn fat all day too!!
