I like to have eggs a few days a week, and my favorite is poached egg with gluten-free Udi’s bread from Costco and fantastic Himalayan sea salt.
I like to use Himalayan salt because it contains over 84 minerals and trace elements. It increases hydration, strengthens bones, and lowers blood pressure. It reduces acid reflux and balances PH. It helps intestines absorb nutrients, aides in removing toxins from the body, and so much more! So choose well when seasoning and go for pink!
- Ingredients:
- bread (I recommend Udi’s bread from Costco)
- eggs
- grass-fed butter (optional)
- pepper
- Himalayan sea salt
I easily toast my bread while poaching the egg. I spread some grass fed butter on my toast(optional) and then I spread my avocado on there. One piece of toast is usually good for a half of an avocado. Top this with that yummy egg and sprinkle with pepper and Himalayan salt.
